Air conditioning didn't cool the room effectively during warmer nights!!! Unpleasant cigarette smell in the room was quite distracting. The split bathroom design is inconvenient, especially without a bin nearby!!!

The transport links are superb, like literally right outside! Felt super comfy in the room, clean towels every day. Plus, the staff were such legends, always willing to help out and.

Only downside was the cigarette smell in the room, but it was manageable.

What a disappointment, this hotel's 'charm' was just constant noise from the s-bahn. They couldn't even manage air conditioning for my stay. Oh, and i didn't get the welcome drink i most defintely expected. Almost gave a good review, but the non-existent coffee pot in the room ruined it. Ridiculous!

I really enjoyed my stay with the cozy double room and the soothing tea and coffee facilities available. The lobby was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the clean vibe throughout the place made it cute. Just a heads up, the carpet could use a more thorough cleaning, but it didn't really affect my overall experience. 😊

Daily towel service was appreciated, but more amenities would elevate the experience significantly.

I was knackered and the receptionist was a gem, explaining the magic of coded locks! The room was super clean, and oh my, that bed-so comfy I almost missed my sightseeing! Transport links were easy too.

But having a coded door lock was like a spy mission, and I half-expected a laser grid! Oh, and let's not discuss the nocturnal symphony from party-goers outside.

The location was unbeatable, with the U-Bahn and S-Bahn just a few steps away. The shower was a highlight, delivering great water pressure and hot water-definitely the best I've had in a while. Though the room was a bit small for more than one person, it was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The only thing I felt could improve was having a small kitchen area for snacks and drinks!
